Yesterday was Reyn's 4th Birthday..Well her momma, Angie, always makes fun cakes!! Well I asked in a joking way if I could help and she said yes. I am not going to lie, but I thought she was nuts. She showed me how to make the cute little things with the little cake tip...I have no idea what these things are called. Anyways...I did all the pink...and Angie did most of the work...made the cake, shaped it into Hello Kitties face, made the frosting, did all the white, bow and the cute face!! I will say I was quite proud of myself and shockingly I liked doing it...It was very theraputic! Who would have thought! Look at how cute that is!!!

I am really missing my Family!!! All of them!! I wish I could just see them and hug them and maybe even Kiss them!! I Love them so much and I wish we all lived right by each other. I don't know if it is because I worked all through the holidays and barely saw Angela and her family or if I just need a quick family fix...someone come visit me!!! Anyways...I love you all and wish I could squeeze your buns. I hope to see you all very soon!!

I Finally Finished It....

The girls at work taught me how to crochet!! So my first project was to make a blanket for my niece Khloe! I started off strong and then I ran out of green and the store was out..so after a couple months, I finally got the green and was able to finish it in time for Khloe girl to come to Utah! I am quite proud of my first attempt to crochet..I had great teachers!!!

So this Amazing missionary, my brother, ran into a friend from home! So good to see him with a familiar face. I don't know the story or how they ended up together, but it is pretty cool. Jordan just got transferred, so I wonder if he is in his ward or what. Regardless fun to see his mug!! He is doing so Great on his Mission! Thanks Jeremy for posting this on Facebook!!

So today in sacrament meeting I was sitting with my friend Dusty and her two kids. We were on the side of the chapel and there was a family behind us and one in front, well the kids can squeeze between the wall and the pew and venture off to other pews. Why they didn't them put them closer together, is beyond me. It would have saved me today!! So the little boy behind me ventures up to the pew in front of me and I can hear the mom and dad trying to get him to come back. This is all happening during the sacrament song. I ask the mom if she wants me to hand him to her, you know cuz I am so nice and I am all about helping the Momma's...Well I grab the kid and the mom in front points at the cup of goodies he had, so I hand it to her....then she says that's my kid......Yep you guessed it....not only did I grad the wrong kid, I also took away his vanilla wafers...needless to say when this happened their kid went back and we were all laughing so hard. I seriously was so red faced and I couldn't get it together for pretty much the whole meeting. The kid in front had an older brother about 3 years old and he pretty much gave me a death stare for the rest of the meeting and I could hear his mom saying she is a nice lady...Oh my Hannah...I am now known as the SACRAMENT BABY SNATCHER!!! So you all better watch out!!

This beast of a huge, nasty, thick, piece of crap spider was IN MY ROOM.....ON MY CEILING!! Are you kidding me!! Here is my problem...I was waiting for the spawn of Satan to come down the wall so I could kill it, but this thing decided to crawl up my vent, so I of course shut it immediately, but now it is getting cold and I DO NOT want to open it!!! Maybe a cold cold winter for me!!! A little help please......

SEATTLE Mariners...

When in Washington you must go to a Mariners game!! They obviously aren't the best team in the league, but it is all about the experience, Right or the Garlic Fries!! Must have the Garlic Fries!!! We had a blast at the game...it was fun to hang out with the family even though the Mariners lost!!! I love being there...it was a beautiful day..perfect day for baseball!!! You can't go wrong!!

We hung around after the game and some of the workers gave Josh and Payton a baseball they found after batting practice, needless to say, they were excited!!

After being in Washington for two days...Finally..Jeff and his family arrived from Fort Rucker, AL!!! We all were at Rocky's house waiting for them. There was plenty of excitement and hugs!! I hadn't seen them in a little over a year!! Those who live in Washington hadn't seen them in almost two years!!! It was definitely the best part of the trip!! The kiddos had all gotten so darn big!!! It was so fun to spend a week with them!!! So sad to see them leave...I think they need to adopt me!!

Our first adventure in Washington was to go camping!!! I love camping and I haven't done it in a long time. TJ's wife Lindsay's mom owns camping property on a little lake and she let us go up there and stay a night. We were going to stay two, but it started raining!! We got up there set things up and went swimming...it was a little cloudy, but that didn't stop us. Gage and Henry gave it a try, but only lasted a few minutes. Kyah on the other hand stayed with us big kids the whole time!! She was a rock star. I haven't been swimming in years..so it was fun to goof around in the water. Of course we cooked our dinner over the fire....some serious Brats, we also roasted marshmallows and Angela and I mastered the art of making Jiffy pop over the fire. Good time!!! Brad and Rocky came up for the day. Gage started his first fire (thanks to Aunt Lindsay for helping him) and became a pyro...may want to watch out for that. So much fun..can't wait to do it again!

Seattle Road Trip

On Sunday July 10th @ 3:30 in the am we left for Washington!!! We were so excited to see our family especially Jeff and Jana and their kids..it had been over a year since we had seen them. About 2 hours into our trek, Miss Kyah started puking...I reached back to push the blanked up around her mouth so that it didn't get all over the car. It was all over her, blankets, seat belt and my hand. Thankfully it wasn't too stinky(I am sure you wanted to know that). After a quick clean up we were back on the road!! I blame her mom..she did not give her Dramamine and she let her watch a movie. Next gas station we got the drugs and she slept the most of the trip. Problem solved...Rest of the drive went quite smoothly. We arrived in Sumner in the late afternoon to TJ and Lindsay's house...We got quite the welcome and it was so great to be out of the car....

We saw this little man again...Hank the Tank...he is so funny!!

We met Khloe Michelle for the first time...of course she has my same initials..so a part of her is named after me...Love her!! She is the sweetest!!

I think I am the only fool who loved that it rained on the 4th of July!! Reminded me of Washington. Surprisingly enough it was sunny on the 4th in Washington this year!! I had a good day!! I worked in the morning, went to Angela's ate food ate food and watched fireworks!!

Elder Jordan Hanni

The Deed is done..Elder Jordan Hanni entered the MTC today May 18th at 1:00pm!! I don't think anyone has any idea how proud of him I am!!! These last two days with him have been awesome. He is one AMAZING young man who will be one STELLAR Missionary. The people of the Tucson Arizona Mission are so lucky to have him!! I will surely miss him!! Surprisingly enough Jordan seemed very calm and collected..not nervous at all..more excited!! This boy is ready to Serve the Lord!! I can't wait to get his first email to see how things are going.. I am already curious as to how the first hour went!! I LOVE YOU Jordan..See ya in Two Years!!

Too bad the last two days have felt like Washington weather..very rainy..little, if none at all, sun!!

Had to take him to one last meal before he entered the MTC...He chose JDawgs..fitting!! It is Delicious!!

The nicest man offered to take our picture in the rain..he had just dropped his son off at the MTC he was going to El Salvador!! We also saw him jumping out of his van to take other families pictures, cuz this was apparently the spot to take them!! What a great act of service..I see many blessings in his future!

You can tell how great the weather was! You can barely see the mountains. I love the Provo temple!! I am sure he will be able to go there once or twice!!

So apparently we did not get the memo that the MTC sign that everyone takes their picture in front of was gone!! That would be why everyone was taking pictures bY the field and temple.

If the sign was there it would say MISSIONARY TRAINING CENTER!!

On the way to drop him off we were driving through the MTC..they did not see our sticker indicating that we had a missionary..so they were sending us through..all the way through..luckily ang asked a guy who had us just pull into the parking lot..then two elders came to help us!! One was from Arizona and he was excited for Jordan!!

The couple days with spent with our missionary were full of last minutes errands, games and good food!! We have to fill him up before he hit the MTC!! We took him to Tucanos which he instantly fell in love with and went into a food coma!! He also loves his In and Out burger and Angela made us some homemade Cafe Rio!! Needless to say the boy did not go Hungry..An old missionary that served in Seattle came over and took him Texas Road House!! He played with the kiddos!! Most importantly Jordan and I were able to go to Mt. Timpanogos Temple to do a session....Best part of his trip!!

Jordan flew in Monday, so we had a couple of days with him before he entered the MTC!! We were so excited!! We made this great sign, then got to the airport to see a million people waiting for a million missionaries to come home..the just happen to be on Jordan's flight!!

I went to Midway and checked out the Ice Castles with Angie and her kiddos. So much Fun!! They are actually pretty cool. It was a little chilly..but we all survived!! Then we hit Dairy Keen in Heber city...We always stop there if we are in the neighborhood. Nothing like a good burger to end your night!!

Loads of cousins in town equal a trip to Pirate Island. Although we waited forever for our food, it was so much fun to catch up with those we don't see very often. Sarah and Dan and their 5 kiddos came from Washington..and I saw there youngest for the first time. I even got a little snuggle from him. Scott, Erin and Family were here from Idaho. Then Angie and her kids came from Orem...I of course came from Provo...We traveled far. It was so fun for see everyone..hope we can do it again soon!!!

We all know how much I love the snow!! I love it even more when I have to dig my car out. A couple days before Christmas we got dumped on...thankfully it warmed up and was just really wet the next couple of days. A couple days ago it snowed again for the love...Is it spring time yet??? I got a JOB!!! After what seemed an eternity...interview after interview..and a big fat sorry you didn't get the job..I finally landed one. I actually think I will really like this one. I am working at Provo Canyon School. I will be working in the North Orem Campus. It is a 16 bed facility just for Utah Kids. I am excited...wish me luck and keep me in you prayers that this one sticks...Now onto getting residency to start School in January!!

I LOVE THE FALL...just in case you didn't know!! I went on my first ski lift ever..I am not a fan of heights..I only panicked once or twice..I only cried once..ha ha! It was a blast and it was the perfect day..not too hot..not too cold as long as it wasn't windy. It was absolutely beautiful at Sundance!! It was so peaceful up there. I can't wait to go again. Maybe next year I will go and do a little exploring. Thanks to Ang for the invite!!

This little Red Head has finally graced us with his presence. Jaxon Jay Petersen was born October 15, 2010. Weighing in at 8lbs 9oz and a whopping 20 1/2 inches long. He looks like his mother...He has her nose!! I think the red hair mainly comes from Marks side of the family!! He is the cutest. I can't wait to snuggle him!! I am in LOVE!!

Oh Brother....

This Dude showed up at my house Wednesday Morning!!! My 19 year old Brother Jordan. It was a huge surprise!!! I loved it!!

We played pinochle, Texas holdem, Settlers and some Yahtzee!! Pretty sure he lost every game.

This is a showdown between the Dude and the Beast...Texas Holdem got a little tense!! He also experienced In and Out Burger for the 1st time..Jordy Likes!! I was able to take him around Provo. We went by the MTC..which hopefully in the future he will be entering. Through BYU. He hiked the Y...I dropped him off what a loser..made him do it by himself!! (he hiked it during the day, not at night..you might think that because of the pictures below)

The Tracy's were in town and they asked me to take their photos. I absolutely love this family. I worked as the assistant stake camp director with the Janet for three years. I was so excited to do a quick shoot at the tabernacle. That way when we hit Los Hermanos we could just walk across the street (Tracy family favorite spot to eat in P-town)!! Thanks for letting me take your family pictures!!!

I love jumping pictures...they said they were too short to jump off the ground...they couldn't get any air..so we opted for jumping off a ledge!!

This is Ang and her family. She was in need of a new family photo..so off we went to Neilsons grove in Orem. It was actually a great place to shoot, but it was extremely sunny..I think they turned out pretty good. They are a pretty photogenic bunch!!

Some of my favorite people..cousins...just moved to Washington. I am still a little sad. Who knows when I will be getting back to Washington to see them. I will definitely miss our game nights. The millions of Barbies found in the guest bed downstairs (known as kimmi's room). Amy and Samantha opening up the door in the morning to see if I was really there.
The monster go away dance I would do for the girls when I put them to bed and they will only ever be the ones to see me do it. Going to movies with ya..and Brandon wearing his big coat with all the pockets and one that had a lunchable in it. He is out of control. We had so many good laughs..Maybe we could be pen pals..do people still do that. I love you and I miss you and COME BACK!!

It is a sad day when you favorite pair of flip flops that you had for 8 plus years break at a rest area in Oregon, while traveling with your sister and kids to Washington. They sure thought it was funny. This post may be a little pathetic, but I love them. The wear and tear on them was ridiculous..I didn't care..I didn't care that there was paint on the toe. I really want to find another pair, but lets be honest..It ain't gonna happen. R.I.P. Flip Flops...ha ha!!

New Calling...

I am no longer the CTR 4 teacher and when they released me I cried like a baby and couldn't get it together. It had been a bad weekend...and I couldn't control myself. I do love those kids. My new calling is the Nursery leader...this is not what you are all thinking. Nursery in this ward is a little different. I will not lie to you, but there are a total of 56 kids in nursery..you can all get back up on your chairs!! There are 6 nurseries...I am in charge of it all. Two teachers per nursery, me and an assistant. I so far have only done it for on sunday and I felt as if I got a work out. Plenty of moving, helping, cleaning up and sitting in chairs talking with Joy( nursery leader asst., I just follow her around like a puppy), who by the way is a doll and was so darn helpful. I met with the old Nursery leader and it took both of us to carry everything back to my place..I am little over whelmed because there is a lot of stuff she does outside of Sundays!! A lot of organizing...I think I am pretty good at organizer...just don't go and look at my room right now...a bomb went off. Anyways wish me luck..Seriously..I got to shake these nerves!!

My Birthday was about a month ago..I am still recovering from the Shock of being the Big 33. Angela threw me a little party with some family and friends. Kyah picked out the cake..which would explain the princess theme and Gage gave me the best birthday present ever. Thanks to all who celebrated with me.

Bumper Boats....

While T and Linds were here we went to Liberty Land (not sure I would recommend it). Pretty sure we went on the hottest day and of course their air conditioning broke and none of the video games were usable. The last thing we did was the bumper boats, to cool us off. Gage actually controlled his own boat and did a pretty darn good job. I think his favorite part was spraying everyone. We also went and did laser tag. T and Gage versus me and Ang. It was hilarious and hot. Gage was pretty sneaky and he loved it.

The 4th of July at my house in Washington...well..there is never a dull moment. The boys pretty much take over and we pray that the house is still standing, a car hasn't blown up, and there are no serious injuries (burns). I think T was the only one to walk away with about 2nd degree burns..that is what happens when you play firework games. I didn't even think people went to firework shows until I moved to Utah..I don't mind firework shows, but I think I would rather stay home and have my own show. While in Washington I have been working as a nanny and the weather has not been great!! Finally we had three straight days a excellent weather. The best part about being a nanny 24/7 is that they live on a lake...not the kids...ha ha totally kidding. It was great to sit on the dock put my good ole feet in the water and threaten them all when they tried to throw me in. Ha Ha!!

I have been in good ole Washington for the last 6 weeks...I have taken every moment to get to know my nephew Henry..We are pretty much BFF...totally inseparable..I am sure he is sick of me but whatevs....I don't get to see him too much since I live in Utah..and I will be returning soon!! I must get all the snuggles, kisses and play time that I can before I leave. He is a snuggler..I love it!!

My Brother the Curler...

Apparently my Brother Brad has taken up curling, so while I was in Washington I was able to go and see one of his matches! It was a little more entertaining than i thought! This was his first year doing it. He joined the curling club and got placed on a team with an Asian couple and this older guy...It was pretty funny!! They won their match in the very end, Nice! I also learned a few things about curling, for instance when someone bites it you shouldn't laugh, I struggled with that one and I also learned that where ever there is a curling club comes a bar. Apparently Curling and Drinking go hand in hand!!! Who'd have thought!!

Well I am pretty much Aunt of the Year!!! I pretty much gave myself that award. While Babysitting the kids Kyah reminded me that Earth day was tomorrow...so yesterday I got a little domesticated. I first baked a cake...while taking it out of the oven..OOPS..it was a brownie mix. I was thinking I could just use that instead. NO....apparently they do not come out of the pan that easily. So I had to make another cake..this time I made sure it was a cake. Then I made the home made frosting...who knew I had that in me. Kyah and I ransacked Angela's cupboards and found some green Easter bunny gumdrops and some gummy bears. We also put gummy worms in the middle of the cake...pretty creative if you ask me. It does look a little ghetto...it is my first world cake, really I don't ever try to do cute cakes. It was fun doing it with the kiddos!!! I hope you all have a Great Earth Day!! Kyah and Gage!!

PS....this morning after breakfast Kyah asked if we could start celebrating Earth Day..by eating the cake..I said how about after lunch..don't want to start the sugar high too soon!!

Jeff is home and ready to pack up the family and make the move to Alabama. He has been gone for the last 6 months at basic training and then at AIT training in Virginia. He came home Friday night and I was so glad to be there. It is all over...the family will not have to be separated for awhile...time has flown for me...not too sure how fast it went for Jana and the kids. The kids actually had no idea that Jeff was coming home..he showed up and surprised them the next day. Thank goodness we were able to go to Logan the next day to see him cause who knows when we will see him again!! Glad you are home Reffy!!

You know it is a sad day when you are playing tricks on a six year old and you think you are stinkin hilarious!!! Gage is all about playing tricks on people...Everything is April Fools!!! So I thought it necessary to play a few harmless tricks on him. Gage will come home to a pillow that has cling wrap all over it...and his other pillow has crinkled paper in it (Ang did that one) and his favorite blankets are hanging from a door way and the closet. It is even sadder that we were laughing while we were doing it.

Road Trip..

A few weeks ago I flew home to Washington so I could drive back with my cousin. I ended up going a few days early to attempt to help remodel my mom's Kitchen (pictures to come later) and well to see the fam. Baby Henry..not such a baby anymore..he is absolutely adorable and was starting to walk when I was there. Jordy had his wisdom teeth out..too bad I didn't take any pictures of his fat swollen face. It was fun to see the whole fam and play games and just hang out. Angie and I drove her car back to Utah..thank goodness the roads were clear the whole way. We were able to see some cousin's and babies.. We stopped in Portland and did a session at the temple..then headed to Boise to stay the night. Didn't think that we would need a reservation cause it is February in Boise..What do you know..The state basketball tourney was going on..for the love. Thankfully we were able to find a marriot that had openings. There was some serious singing in the car..I do have video's...but it was night time so you can't see anything all you can do is just hear our beautiful voices..maybe I will post em later...if you're lucky. I just hate waiting for Video's to upload. It was a fun trip..maybe we should do it again..Angie..

These are the glasses they gave to him..since he came home from the army for Christmas he has gotten a new pair, but I thought it would be funny it we could see who wears them best....Tell what you think...Who Rocks the Glasses the Best!!!

Holiday Blog...a little bit of everything..

This would be my holiday blog. It covers everything from Christmas to New Years. This year for Christmas I had the opportunity to go back to Idaho and work. Before I left my home teacher and his wife gave me an Idaho survival kit..so cute. Full of all the necessities for me to survive Idaho. I was able to hang out with some old friends, which was a lot of fun. For some reason..I didn't take pictures...except for one (bottom of post). Thankfully I was invited to a lot of places before and on Christmas. Thanks to the Millers for inviting me over to a great Sunday Dinner, also the Stallings for letting me come over Christmas morning and then Lastly to the Archibald's for a great Christmas dinner and just letting me hang. Then my Brother and his family came late Christmas night and we played settlers..Payton you are hilarious!! It was a quiet, but good Christmas!!

New Years..was a PAAAAAAAAAAARTY!! We all went to Angela's house. Rachie, Jesse, Shelby, Jeff, Jana, their kiddos, obviously Angela, Nate that their kids! Tom (Nate's bro) even came over for a game. We played settlers where Angela totally cheated to help Jeff win cause she knew I would win on my next turn. I will just tell you that is one of her pet peeves...Then they played Settlers, cities and knights. Nothing like a wii tennis tournament..I think Angela won it!! Then a wild game of Killer Uno...Rachie, Jesse, Jana and I played forever. Jesse and Rachie came up with the greatest rules...lets just say we had to talk in an accent..So pretty much Jana never spoke. When Jeff joined the game..he sounded like a gay German!! There were some wild games of Super Mario Bros. Four people playing at one time some serious laughs and maybe an argument or two..ha ha!! All the kids, but Cooper made it till midnight!! So much fun. Then we rang in the New Year with some bubbly!! Grace gave me a big smooch!!! Thanks Babe!!

Black Friday!!

Black Friday has come and gone...and I survived!! For the 2nd year in a row I was Angela's wingman. If you are doing black Friday you must have a wingman, buddy..do not go alone. It is a must and while waiting in line, make Line buddies...makes time go faster..just a couple of tips for you!!
We stopped at 4 stores starting with kohls...never really shopped there, but Angela and I both had coupons and it opened at 4 am. The only place I saw a little disagreement,she was down right rude, right in front of me..so afraid I would have to break up a fight..or just let them go at it cause it was 4 in the morning.
Then we were off to Walmart..ugh...we went to Lindon to avoid, Orem. We ended up getting a spot right away in the back corner of Walmart..we got there a little after 5 am. It was cold as we were trying to reach doors..a guy in the garden center let us in through the gate..thank goodness. Then there was a cart right there. Once inside we broke off...I went for GPS for Jana (got it) then off to find a vacuum which were in the worse spot...right by the front doors in the produce section. I made my way and got one. I find Angela..WHAT..she wants the pink one. Who makes pink vacuums. So we go back I have to put it above my head, there were no pink ones left..so I go over to the dirt devils and what do you know a pink Eureka sits on the floor..I pick it up and put it over my head and make my way back. We decided to get in line by the garden center..bad choice. Angela shopped while I waited..good thing we got in that line cause she found the toy gage had wanted in the isle's. We eventually went to the front of the store, the line was much faster. Note to self...do not get in the garden center line.

Then off to Target for some movies and games...games gone..movies gone...took cuts in line with out even realizing it, when I realized I didn't care. Deal with it. Last store, K-mart for a toy we didn't get at Kohls (Kohls toy section not so good) I hopped in line immediately and Angela shopped..she got the toy.

I must give props to Kohls and K-mart for their organization of lines...unlike Walmart..don't think you could organize that chaos.

I couldn't sleep the night before, shocker! Did you know that Friends is on at 2 am. I didn't really sleep when we got back, maybe an hour or two...lets just say by the time I got home on Friday at midnight, I realized my 32 year old body does not quite recover like my 22 year old body would...took me days..to feel normal again.

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving was great this year....Great Food..that is all that matters right. I am so thankful that we had Thanksgiving at my sisters house and that she let us all take over. Jana and her kids came, Jesse, Rachel, Shelby, and John came. Some of Nates family was there. I was also thankful that I got to talk with my brother Jeff, who is in basic training, he sounded great. It was good to hear his voice. He had a great Thanksgiving filled with lamb, shrimp, turkey, prime rib and many more excellent foods. They do not mess around in the army. We had a great time...now onto Christmas!!! I love this time of season!!

You know you're getting old when your very first Young Woman is pregnant with her first child. Good Gravy. Several of them have gotten married and now the babies will start coming!! Good Night! My girl Mel aka Felani Melani is expecting her first baby boy in December Braxton Spencer Boudreaux. I am so excited for her. Her baby shower was last weekend, BYU's homecoming weekend, she is in her Jersey ready for the game. It was nice to see her, her mom and some of my other YCL'S. Congrats!!!

Well my brother Jeff has joined the army and he leaves for basic training on Tuesday!! He will be in South Carolina for 12 weeks (I think) or maybe it is 9. I should really pay attention. On Saturday we all met for a farewell lunch at Red Robin (bottomless fries). It was fun to see him before he takes off.

For those who don't know, my bro, has been teaching band and choir for the last 6 years in Terreton, ID. It was time for a change so he audition, tried out for the Army band playing his trombone. He obviously made it...who knew being a band nerd would pay off. Being in the Army band gives not only him, but his family lots of opportunities. After basic training, he goes to Virginia for 6 months for band training and then next summer the whole family will be moving to Alabama for at least 3 years. Pretty sure it is an hour away from Florida beaches and Disney world is only 4-5 hours away...I will be visiting!!!

Anyways, I am so proud of you Jeff. I will miss you and love you very much!!!

This Summer was filled with 4 weddings. My brother, sister, and two cousins all got married with in 5 weeks. 3 of them took place in Washington in a two week period and the last one was in Utah. Needless to say I am wedding out....

My brother Rocky and Janelle got married on July 25th. The wedding was at High Cedars Gold Course with a great view of Mt. Rainier. It was hot hot hot and I was sweatin like a beast!! We danced all night, well I made it to about 10:30 pm, then i was out of there. I am old!!! It was a blast!!

My Cousin Chrystal and Graham got married on August 7th at the Snoqualmie Ridge Golf Course. It was absolutely beautiful there..the view was awesome. For the entertainment they had dueling piano's..It was the coolest thing I had ever seen. Two people, two pianos and they could play any song..They were very talented.

Mariners Birthday Party...

I went home for about a month for 3 weddings. While I was in Washington I had my birthday.
My cuz planned a mariners game for the whole family there was about 50 of us. It happened to fall on my birthday..so it was my birthday party even though that is not exactly why it was planned!!
Anyways he are some fun pics from the game. Too bad they lost, but nothing beats a game at Safeco Field!!!

So we got there an hour early so we could try to get a ball during batting practice. My brothers, T and Brad and I were in left field. I will not lie...a ball was hit and was coming right at my head and I started to panic, I was saying Brad, Brad, Brad..he wasn't paying attention, so he couldn't find the ball. Anyways..as it soars I jumped (I do not have hops) put my hand in the air and could feel it go right over my hand. The darn guy behind me got the ball..but it was the most exciting second ever. If only could have gotten a ball..that would have made my Birthday!!

"The 4th of July, Makes me want a Hot Dog Real Bad"

Of course I enjoyed a good hot dot, Hamburger and some Lemon Pepper Chicken. I did not eat that all in the same day...Luckily for me I was able to celebrate it on Friday with all of our family who lives in Utah and those who were visiting Utah. Friday we barbecued and played a little wiffle ball and got wet in the process. Second base was a pool..which most of us bit it once or twice when we jumped in and home plate was a slip-n-slide. You can not go wrong there...So much blasted fun. Brandon hit a grand slam so Mark, Me, Amber and Brandon all hit the slip-n-slide in a matter of minutes..I was soaked!!!

Then on Saturday I went to another barbecue with the Peterson's and Erin's Parents. Lance is a master at the grill....excellent hamburgers. Of course we had another round of wiffle ball..not water this time and my team got killed. For the Love!! Then we lit fireworks off and then watched stadium of fire. Of course we ended the night with some games.

Rainier 2 Ruston...

This last weekend Jeff, Ang, Kylee and I drove to Washington for the Rainier to Ruston Relay. It is about a 50 mile relay race. This is the 4th year Ang, Brad and Ky have participated, the 2nd for Hunter and Linds and the first for me and Jeff. Well I wasn't supposed to do it, but Kylee had her wisdom teeth pulled and wasn't feeling up to par. I picked up leg 6 which Kylee surprised us all and came to do it with me. Jeff ran three legs instead of two. I believe he ran a total of 14.5 miles that day. I am glad they let me participate even though I slowed them way up. Sorry about that guys.

Each leg is different and has it own obstacles, but most of them are absolutely beautiful..you are running through the great Northwest the first half of the race. You wanna bond with your family spend eight hours running a race with them. We were obviously the coolest team there. We would find spots half way through each leg to cheer our runner on. We were the only group that did that!! Good thing we found a spot on Angela's last leg she thought she was lost..I am sure she will tell you all about that in her blog.

Highlights of the trip, Angela falling head first into the van..Lindsay almost in Jeff's lap when she saw a spider, Hunter and Brad passing a million other racers..those racers then passing me..oops!! Jana and Lisa (friends from Sumner) coming to cheer us on. Jeff flashing us as he ran under the bridge, Ang crawling under railroad tracks to get back on the path. Good times...Good times...

This is all of us at the start of leg one...Jeff would be the one running it..I need to remember to always where makeup...I look so darn tired and pasty!! Jeff is obsessed with his number being straight..not sure why!!

Half way through leg one they run under a bridge, we got out to wait for Jeff, while waiting Brad went under the bridge to get rocks so we could throw them over into the water. Ang did not appreciate brad doing this it scared her...

About a month ago we were able to get all the nieces and nephews together for the first time, since little Henry Joe was born. Look at how darn cute my nieces and nephews are...Gotta love em!!!

That same weekend Jana, Ang, Shelbs, and Kylee all ran the SLC 1/2 marathon..They all tore it up and did awesome!!

Last week I was able to go to Arches National Park with my Cousins Ben and Angie and their family!! We camped out at the local KOA campground...so we did have running water, showers, electricity!! We weren't completely roughing it, but we were still in tents. I have been to Arches once before, but I was only there for a few hours. It all can't be done in a few hours..you definitely need a few days.

I think my favorite arch was Partition Arch..I am in the little arch above!! Sand Dune arch is another fav..it is secluded and there really is sand all around it, it was a nice cool place to hang, got us out of the hot sun.

Thanks to Ben and Angie I was able to conquer a few fears, heights and being a little claustrophobic. I couldn't let little Tiago show me up..he is only 2 and tore up all the Hikes. I didn't panic too much, but I did try to look back to see how high I was and lost my balance and Ben told me to fall to the right...because the drop wasn't as deep as the left. I never tried to look back again. We went on a hike called the Fiery Furnace it is a guided tour and it is so worth it. I was a very nervous girl..I had to squeeze my hot little bod through some crevices and climb up and down some serious rocks. Ayzha was my hiking buddy, she was impressive..nothing phased her..and she did it all on her own. She was determined!! If you go to Arches I suggest you do this hike!!

This is Skull Arch in the Fiery Furnace!! Ben and Angie are in the back..this is one of the obstacles in the Fiery Furnace. Notice..T is on Ang's back...This is surprise Arch..you walk under it and the guide tells you to look up and Surprise there is an arch!!

This is one of the higher points on the hike..over looking arches!!

Harry Potter Jelly Beans Stike Again...

Once again we bought the Harry Potter Jelly Beans...We had to introduce them to T and Linds when they visited Utah! For those of you who don't know what they are...they are Jelly beans that have disgusting taste..the tricky part is that you might get a normal tasting one, but you won't know until you try it. For example..black could either be Licorice or Skunk Spray..Let me tell you they do taste like what they say. This time around Gage wanted to be a part of it. He was eating them like there was no tomorrow!! If you ever need some cheap entertainment, get a box of these!!

Snow, Snow, and More Snow....

It is the middle of April and we just got about a foot of snow!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!! TJ, Lindsay, and baby Henry got here just in time for our little snow storm. We went out this morning and played in it. It was quite warm. I am sure it will all melt by tomorrow!! One can hope.

Today day I had the great opportunity to talk in church. I am glad it is over. I assume that in the bulletin my name will be spelt wrong, usually with one M. I have learned to except it, lets be honest how many kim's do you know spell their name with 2 M's. I am new in this ward and I don't know very many people and I am pretty sure that this is what they will be calling me....

For the love...this is a new one for me. At least they got the two right...it was just N's not M's. One of the counselors asked me how to say my name and I told him Kimm, but I still think the Bishop said Kinn over the pulpit. Pretty sure I was called Kinn a couple times today. I have been called worse things......

The other day Angela, Kyah and I went over to Amber's house to have a toe nail painting party with all the girls. Ang brought her foot spa and we gave them all mini pedicures. It was fun...I even joined in the fun and painted my toes a very hot pink. We all know how I feel about pink.

Blackfoot Girls...Visit Utah

Andrea and Kristin drove to Utah to visit me, Breanna and Kalie. So we spent the day up in SLC at temple square it has been so long since I have been there. It was nice to go and check it out again.

While living in Blackfoot I got to attend a singles branch that met in a mortuary..a little nuts..maybe..but it was the perfect meeting place for us. Despite all the strange noises..jk!! It was hard for me to leave all the new friends I made in Blackfoot. I have never been shown the amount of love that they showed me, They took me in with open arms!! A big stinkin Thank you to all of those who made me apart of their family in B-town!! I did make promises that I would return for visits and I will. Only before and after winter...I dislike the winters there immensely!!

This is my branch President, Bill and his Wife Linda, who was not very happy about my move..she did give me a little crap about it..I love ya anyways!!

Me and Suzanne her husband is Wally he is in the branch presidency..Love them to death..they crack me up. Thanks for letting us have girls night out at your house and for letting me play racquetball with ya. Not sure why I don't have a picture of Wally..man I will miss dodge ball with you..who am I going to pick on now. I am pretty sure I am the daughter Suzanne always wanted..ha ha!!
The Cornielsons (I know I spelled that wrong), Von was in the branch presidency and Linda is the best piano player ever. They run a farm, who doesn't in Blackfoot. Too bad I never made it our there like I said I would..totally miss you guys!!

New Adventure..

Well..I have packed up my stuff and moved to Utah. I had an interview today, so I thought that I might as well move because I would be much easier for me to find a job if I was living here. I have been crashing at Nate and Angela's and My cousins Brandon and Amber..thanks. I did find a place that I would like to live in, but would like to have a job before I make a commitment. It is kind of nice being back. I can't wait to see some old friends I haven't seen in awhile. I will be calling you once I get settled.

Funny story just for you..When I was leaving Blackfoot I hopped on the freeway and saw the first exit and realized that I was going the wrong way..heading towards Idaho Falls. Someone help me..Good thing I caught it soon enough and only went 10 miles out of the way. For the love!!

Wish me luck in my new adventure..and pray for me to get a job very soon!!

This is for a good friend I haven't seen in awhile, but every time I see pictures I start laughing..YVN..here are some pictures from are days in Provo...Too bad I couldn't post them all. Evonne (her real name) you are such a great friend..I appreciate everything you have ever done for me. You did put up with me..that is a chore in itself. Thanks for fixing my bad hair cut, saving the day as always. You are a wonderful!!!

This was I think in 2000..I am not exactly sure. I was living in Provo and this was pretty much the group I would kick it with at the time. We went to some Mexican restaurant off Geneva Road (I think) they have the Mariachi band and they seriously played at our table the whole time we were there. It was hilarious..it may have to do with the fact that we were dancing with them as they played..It was so entertaining. We obviously loved them so much we had to take our picture with them. So out of control!!!

YVN..do you remember this night. It was so crazy.

This was when we went to Vegas for our friend Walkers wedding (Walker is in the middle). One thing I do remember was eating endless crab legs at the restaurant at the Palms. Thanks for letting me tag along..well pretty much taking care of me.
This would be the party we threw for tucker before he went into the National Guard. I look disgusting, but you look great..not so sure what tucker is doing. New Years...

For New Years a couple branches got together and we had breakfast, rang in the new year and then played dodge ball until the we hours of the morning. Best New Year Yet....

We had a cousin party at Brandon and Ambers. It was a lot of fun..Good Food and some serious Monopoly...The new debit card one. In two days we played 3 games. I won the last game we played!! All the cousins that were in town and could come did...We had Fun...how could you not. Thanks Brandon and Amber for hosting it...

I was able to get together with some cousins I hadn't seen in awhile!! I did miss Sarah, Dan and the kids...It just snowed way too much..by the time they made it to Utah I was already back in Idaho..Dang it.

Christmas

I spent Christmas with Angela's family. We got up a little after 8 to open presents...glad it wasn't too early. Gage actually set his alarm for 7:45 am, but the kid gets up earlier than that. I was sharing a room with him and had to go to the bathroom, so I tried to be quiet, cause I didn't want to wake him, but the second he heard me move he said MiMi we can't get up the alarm hasn't gone off. I told him we must have set it wrong cause it was 8:10. Actually....I may have turned it off when I went to bed..oops. Serves me right he set it the next day to make sure it worked...at about 7:45 the worse beeping sound ever..scarred the tar out of me. I went to go turn it off and Gage says..It Works!! Pretty sure I growled at him.

I can not tell you how long it has been since I went sledding. I went on Christmas eve and day. I had a blast..even though I didn't have sledding attire. When I went with Angela's fam..I had to wear my street shoes with no traction..had a very hard time getting back up the hill..Ang does have a nice video. It was awful. The kids had fun..kyah's little laugh going down the hill was priceless. I also went with Ben and Ayzha (Asia)..and ben's in laws to Rock canyon park..that was fun. We made several trains then we had a full on dog pile..10 people or so going down at once..It was a blast and no one got hurt..Shocking.

I left for Utah the Saturday before Christmas..I stayed and Kylee's for a few nights and had some good times....felt like I was 22 again. Good ole BYU housing...definitely don't miss that. We had a good ole time. Kylee had a little dinner party on Sunday, but her alfredo sauce..was awful..good thing everything else tasted good. Maybe next time Kylee. We kind of got snowed in on Monday, so I couldn't get to Angela's until Tuesday..I think they got like 8 inches of snow. So insane..it just kept coming down. We all know how much I love the snow. Lots of games were played and there were plenty of punches thrown. No one was seriously injured.

I am such a beast compared to Angela..I am even doing the lean..and I am still head and a half taller than her, If I stood up straight I would be two heads taller than her. Christmas Parties....

I do love a good Christmas Party!! Tis the season!! I have mentioned how much I love the Holiday season...Well last Thursday we had an enrichment Christmas dinner..that may end all Dinners...Andrea..(my partner in crime) and I made my Grandma's Chicken Cordon Blue...so darn delicious..we also had baked potato, salad, rolls and a very yummy pumpkin trifle and grasshopper pie..I am sure we all gained a million pounds..but so worth it. It was a blast..we had about 15 girls come..had a lot of fun and to end the evening Amanda sang Breath of Heaven which was awesome!!

Andrea and I spent half of the day cooking..not kidding..i was glad she was willing to help me so I didn't have to do it on my own!! This is her putting the final touches on her jello..she bought peach jello instead of orange, but it worked and still tasted great!!Rachel (she did our center pieces) and Suzanne (washed all of our dishes..got to love her for that) Anna, Mary, Kristin and Kalie..some more cuties in our branch!!

Then we had a Regional Progressive Dinner..which included all of the singles in Blackfoot. It was very interesting jumping from stake center to stake center..hey we did eventually get our food..hey when its free you can't complain!!

This year I spent Thanksgiving at my sister Angela's house, she hosted it for the first time and she did a Fabulous job. Thanks to Gage (nephew) he allowed me to be his roommate..best roommate I ever had. Here is a crazy picture story board of my Thanksgiving trip...

Who needs toys when you have a box big enough for two...They are the cutest!!

I was able to visit an old friend of mine..I ran into Lisa at target in April and it had been about 10 years since I had seen her. Last time I saw her was at her wedding reception, she now has 3 kids and an OK husband...totally kidding Mike..We both lived at campus plaza (the projects) at the same time. It was great to sit and talk with her and look at old pictures..Thanks for Dinner!!I was able to crash at Brookes for a night. I've known Brooke for 11 years...so crazy..glad we are still friends. Love her to death. Kyah and Gage thought it was Halloween..Pretty sure they wore them off and on the whole time I was there. I took up Racquetball while in Utah. My sister Kylee (blond) plays all the time and is pretty good. Angela and I went with her to play 3 times. I want to keep playing so I can get better. I actually went with the McNeels in my ward in Blackfoot on Thursday morning...hopefully I will be able to play more..so I can improve my skills!! Wednesday night Jeff's family came so Angela could take family pictures and so they could run in the earn you turkey race. Grace and Kyah all snuggled up and ready for a sleepover too bad it didn't last too long, pretty sure they slept in different rooms...AW little girls!! I was able to go and visit some of my girls from camp who are now graduated and some married. I absolutely love these girls and was so glad to check up on them!!

This is Mel she just got married on Oct. 31!! I was able to go and see her place and meet her husband..he is super nice..she couldn't have picked a better guy!! Congrats you Crazy love birds. This is Shaylin..she just graduated and her move to Utah was last minute..It was great to see her and her boy toy who totally looks like Tiger Woods!! This is Sharsti..she also just graduated and is going to BYU!! I was able to walk Gage to school in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon. Kyah would ride her bike along side of us..this would be a picture of her with her helmet on backwards..OK I put it on backwards..Kyah words to me "Silly MiMi" The to end the trip this precious little girl came!! My cousin Brandon and wife Amber had a beautiful Girl Hallie Noelle!! She is just a doll and her two older sisters just love her to death and so do I!! Glad I was able to see her!!

Black Friday....Good Night

This past Friday I participated in my first Black Friday....I know shocking...I am not a big shopper and have to get up at the crack of dawn is not appealing to me. Angela needed to hit Toys-r-us and needed someone to help her to divide and conquer. So Kylee and I said we would go with her. At 4:30 am she woke me up and I asked her if I really needed to go and she said yes. For the Love. We get to Toys-r-us and the line is all the way past RC Willey in Orem and it is raining. Good thing I am from Washington and rain does not bother me. We were on the search for a kitchen set and eyeclops (it is a magnifying glass that you hook of to the TV and you can check out everything and anything. it looks pretty cool). Ang immediately finds the kitchen set and I am still looking for Eyeclops..took me 20 min and a few salesman who had no idea what it was and thought I was nuts..to find it..there were only two left. Mission accomplished!! She stayed in line while I ran for her looking for other stuff, I even told the lady in front of her I would go get her stuff too, such a helper I am...I didn't see any fights..a little disappointed. Kylee didn't quite make it to Toys-r-us!! Then off to target for some games, movies, and clothes for Angela. Kylee finally met up with us. Target was a little crazy, but the lines were not as long as the previous store. Walmart last and final stop, we got there around 7:30-8:00. I was starting to hit my wall..I was so tired and hungry..by the time we left I lasted about 4 1/2 hours. Pretty good for me. I usually complain when shopping with my sisters. I was impressed...I made it about 4 hours before the complaining started. Will I do another black Friday......who knows..the deal has to be worth it.

I am the blond in the left corner with some red with white stripe daisy dukes on, my cousin Sarah aka Sssy poopy is below. I do love my sssy poopy..we actually lived together for a year at BYU before she took the plunge and got married. She now has four kids and she still has the same husband..who would have thought..totally kidding love ya DAN!! We had some serious good times...it was one great year. She is still a blast to be around. I don't get to see her much as I would like too, but when I do she is a hoot. Man I miss ya Cuz...You were a great roommate, Cousin, and Friend. You threw me a great 20th birthday party, even though you woke me up at the crack of dawn and made me wear an ugly corsage to church all day. Your great and you are my number one fan...totally kidding I am yours. Love your guts!! PS...Remember when we had a garage sale for Cathy when she was out of town, or when we attacked her with whipping cream in the middle of the night, or when you would constantly sing or talk in your sleep, you would keep me up all night..good time, good times

Gas below 2 bucks...Seems like it has been forever. It only cost me 27 bucks to fill up my car the other day...Wouldn't it be great if it got below a dollar!! I do remember when it was 79 cents at the am pm in sumner. Oh the good ole days!! Keep droppin.....
